Through panel discussions with experts and guest speakers, accompanied by TED-style presentations, we aim to create a dynamic environment for exchanging know-how and practical tips, acquiring useful skills in legal projects, innovation and technology.

What to expect


This year we will focus on legal team dynamics - including non lawyers participating in legal projects, LPM user's experience and change & transformation of legal teams. We will also discuss new developments in legal technology at LPM.
 
  • Attendees will acquire knowledge about practical application of legal project management tools.
  • We will put special focus on change management and transformation in legal teams and operations.
  • We will discuss the importance of contract lifecycle management, automation and efficiency optimization.
  • We have also invited exceptional speakers to share their insights on innovation and transformation in the legal profession. ​
 

All our speakers are practitioners with a huge amount of know-how and experience in scope of legal operations and technology and project management. 

Our ambition is to become a forum of know-how and opinions exchange, which is used by attendees to build up skills and share information.

He ran Procter & Gamble's famed multi-billion dollar GBS and IT operations in every region across the world during a 27 year career there.  Tony has over three decades of international business expertise in the US, Europe, and Asia. Ines Curtius

Contract Manager@Airbus Defence and Space. She is a fully qualified lawyer with twenty years of experience in the Aerospace industry. Her focus areas are international business law, designing and delivering legal training, design thinking, driving, making things happen and the greater good. Technology has always being part of Ines DNA - she seeks to challenging and changing the way law and technology are used and considered. Back in 2005 the adventure of leveraging technology in the aerospace industry started for her, eg. supporting the design and implementation of a central contract archive, while holding the role of contract strategy manager for the space business area of Airbus. Perseverance, hard work and her love for law made her launch an Airbus wide initiative in 2017, Contract Innovators@Airbus to explore how digital transformation in all its forms is impacting the way Airbus handles its contractual relationships. In 2019, with a new legal product launched NDA simple for Start Ups, the Contract Innovators represented by Ines, received the award Innovation and Excellence for Strategic Direction of the IACCM/WorldCC (international association of commercial & contract management) and was also appointed as fellow of the World CC. Today, Ines together with Contract Innovators is still working bottom up, on changing the way people see and value contracts at Airbus!

She leads the Legal Tech Group at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen where she implements innovative initiatives. Author of a book on Start-up Law.
Ruvimbo Samanga
Space in Africa | Open Lunar Foundation
Policy Analyst at Space in Africa, and a Research Fellow at the Open Lunar Foundation. Master in International Trade & Investment Law, specializing in the African space industry and development. Currently represents Zimbabwe in the Space Generation Advisory Council and the Women in Aerospace Africa Chapter. She is also the founder of AgriSpace, an early stage Agri-tech startup. He began his career as a prosecutor, before moving to Paris, where he practised in international arbitration. He now assists legal teams with improvements to their processes and digital tools.
